Entries will be received by mail or online through Zone 4; the preferred method. The cost will be $20
per race. The Monday night Kitchen Party will be free and complimentary refreshments will be served.

ENTRY DEADLINES: NO EVENT DAY REGISTRATION

The entry deadline will be 12:00 noon, Newfoundland time on Saturday, March 6, 2010 for race and
banquet confirmation. There will be a limited number of banquet spots held over; however, confirmation guarantees a spot.

Participants can register on line at zone4.ca and follow the prompts.

Race Office
Race packages and bibs will be available for pickup at the race office which will be located at the Blow Me Down Cross Country Ski Club. Waivers must be signed before bibs will be issued.
